第1の保護ガスを生成するようにしたバーナを付
設すると共に、上記炉体には上記生成された第1
の保護ガスを外部へ向けて送り出す為のガス出口
を設け、一方、原料ガスの入口と生成ガスの出口
とが備えられ、内部においては熱エネルギーの受
給により上記原料ガスを分解させて第2の保護ガ
スを生成するようにしたレトルトを有すると共に
、該レトルトは、上記バーナの燃焼により生成さ
れた第1の保護ガスの熱エネルギーを受けること
によつて上記原料ガスの分解を行い得るよう、上
記炉体の内部において上記バーナから上記ガス出
口へ向けての上記第1の保護ガスの流通路に配設
