る箱状の槽を一対に対向配設した樹脂貯溜槽と、
前記樹脂貯溜槽のスリツト内に外周縁部の一方を
部分挿入し、かつ外周縁部の他方を同一平面上に
近接配設させた一対の円板状のローラと、前記ロ
ーラを同期回転させて液状樹脂ローラ間に供給し
て電子部品素子に液状樹脂を塗布する装置におい
て、前記樹脂貯溜槽の開口面から液状樹脂内に垂
設した棒状体の下端に弾性線材の複数本を放射状
に接続し折り曲げてなる撹拌部と、前記樹脂貯溜
槽内のローラの円周端面に当接させたバネ性を有
