に設けたエプロンとを連結してエプロンを昇降す
る昇降機構と、前記スカムスキマー本体の上流側
、下流側に少なくとも一方に設けて自重で沈んで
スカムの流入口となるエプロンと、該自重で沈ん
だエプロンの深さを調整するフロートからなるこ
