- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) サーマルヘツドと、このサーマルヘツドが
装着され、プラテンに沿う方向に移動可能なキヤ
リツジと、インクリボンが内蔵され、キヤリツジ
上に搭載されるリボンカセツトと、記録紙をプラ
テン位置に案内する紙送りガイドとを備えた熱転
写プリンタにおいて、上記サーマルヘツドを本体
内に折たたむ第１の折たたみ手段と、上記プラテ
ンを本体内に折たたむ第２の折たたみ手段とを設
けるとともに、上記第１の折たたみ手段が、印刷
操作に伴うサーマルヘツドのアツプ、ダウン時の
回動量を越えて回動させる回動手段を兼ねること
を特徴とする熱転写プリンタ。 (2) 第１の折たたみ手段、および第２の折たた
み手段がリンク機構からなることを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の熱転写プリン
タ。
