    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軸線が風の流れ沿う様に回動自在に枢支される
    回転軸と、同回転軸に直交して固着される複数板
    の翼からなる風車と、上記風車の各翼先端にそれ
    ぞれ取付けられ互いに相反する方向に各翼先端を
    緊張する一対の緊張係止手段と、上記風車からの
    回転力を電気に変換する手段とからなることを特
    徴とする風力発電装置。
