向へ強制的に移送する機能を有する上段グレート
を小粒径石炭が流動する範囲に設置し、さらに、
石炭改質装置の石炭供給部に、広範囲な粒径分布
を持つ石炭を、大粒径石炭とそれ以下の石炭に分
別する機能を設けたことを特徴とする石炭改質装
