４図のＶ―Ｖ線断面図である。 図において、２０は水冷フランジ、２１は接面
板、２１ａは炉外側面、２１ｂは凹溝、２２は外
面板、２２ａは炉内側面、２２ｂは凹溝、２２ｄ
はボルト穴用突部、２２ｅはねじ穴、２２ｆは炉
外側面、２４は冷却用水路、３０は炉床（炉殻）
、３０ａは開口、４０は循環フアンである。

Claims (1)
- 熱処理炉の炉殻に形成された循環フアン用開口
部の周縁に溶接固着され、上記開口部の鉄皮を冷
却するとともに、上記循環フアンがボルト締め固
定される水冷フランジにおいて、上記炉殻と当接
する環状の接面板の炉外側面に環状の凹溝を凹設
し、該接面板の外側に環状の外面板を重ね合わせ
、該外面板の炉内側面に環状の凹溝を凹設し、該
凹溝内に所定ピツチでボルト穴用突部を一体形成
するとともに該外面板の炉外側面に開口するねじ
穴を形成し、上記接面板と外面板との当接部の内
周部及び外周部を気密に溶接し、上記両凹溝で形
成される空間を冷却用水路としたことを特徴とす
る水却フランジ。
