Claims (1)
- 気体、透明液体、及び不透明液体が流れる流管
に設けられた透明体チヤンバーと、このチヤンバ
ーの外側より壁面に対し斜め方向から光を照射す
る光源と、前記チヤンバー内の流体の屈折率の違
いによつて前記チヤンバーの内壁の異なる部分に
到達した前記光源からの透過光を別々に検出する
受光素子とを具備し、前記チヤンバー内の流体が
気体であるか透明液体であるかを前記透過光を検
出する受光素子の位置から識別し、透明液体であ
るか不透明液体であるかを液体検出用の前記受光
素子による受光量の差から識別するようにしたこ
とを特徴とする管路を流れる流体の種類を識別す
る装置。
