- 船体の水線下に設けられたシーチエストのマン
ホールに取付けられたマンホールカバーを囲むよ
うに該船体の内部に位置して該シーチエストの外
側に気密的に取付けられた潜函胴体と、この潜函
胴体に取付けられた蓋と、前記潜函胴体の外部か
ら内部へ圧縮空気を供給する給気管と、前記潜函
胴体の内部から外部へ排気およびドレン抜きをす
る排出管と、前記給気管に設けられた空気弁と、
前記排出管に設けられた排出弁とを備えているこ
とを特徴とする、潜函。
