本考案は、一般建築その他アルミサツシ、装飾
用棚、手摺、額縁などの各種製品の継手部に広範
に利用し得る中空型材等の角度継手締結装置に関

型材の接合面に隙間が生じるなど接合部の継き目
が揃い難く非常に体裁が悪い致命的欠点を有し、
しかも前記両型材の連結強度を充分保有させるた
めには座金等を介して前記ボルト等を強力に締付
ける必要があり、また前記ボルト等を強く締付け
た場合、ボルト頚部に捩れ応力や引張り応力、剪
断応力等が働くので該ボルト等が破損したり弛緩
し易く、型材の保有すべき所望の連結強度を経時

各継手部材7,8の内側面7a,8a側に開孔部
が面する大径孔部10とをそれぞれ両継手部材

し、該偏心突条部の回動押圧作用によつて適当
な角度に連結すべき中空型材の連結位置を微動
調節し得るので、例え中空型材の支持孔部に孔
明け誤差などが生じていても、両中空型材の連
結端部同志を確実かつ簡単に正確な突合せ接合
状態を得ることが出来る。従つて、前記中空型
材の連結接合部の継ぎ目に段差や隙間を生ぜ
ず、また継手部材にブツシユを装着する場合で
も該ブツシユの偏心突条部が継手部材の開口端
面に係止されるので簡単にブツシユを定位置に
止着し得る特長を有し、本案装置を組立てるに
際し全く熟練性を要せず非常に簡単な作業だけ
で正確に組立てることが出来、同時に型材同志
を確実に綺麗に揃えることが出来、極めて体裁
が良いと共に、前記偏心突条部は中空型材の支
持孔部に嵌合して恰もボルト頭部のような機能
を発揮するので、中空型材の取付け位置が経時
的にズレたりせず、しかも前記ブツシユに取着
せる止ビスの頭部が型材表面から突出さないの
で安全かつ体裁が良い。a. には常時圧縮方向の反作用力が加わつているの
で、止ビスとブツシユネジ孔間のネジ部に摩擦
力が生じている。それ故、各止ビスには座金等
の弛緩防止部材が全く不要であつて絶対に緩む
ことがなく、保有すべき弛緩防止機能を充分発
揮すると共に、各止ビス等によつて両中空型材
を一旦連結すると前記各摩擦力によつて極めて
強固に連結され、また各止ビスはさほど強く締
付ける必要もないので止ビスが破損する虞れも
ない。b. シユの外周上端部に偏心突条部を形成して該偏心
突条部を前記型材の支持孔部に嵌入すると共に、
該ブツシユの貫通せる中央ネジ孔に螺合した止ビ
スの先端部を前記継手部材の対向内側面に押圧さ
せることによつて前記両継手部材を各々対向せる
