成されていると共にその上下面に突出孔が形成さ
れ且つその側面に水平部及び傾斜部を有するガイ
ド孔が形成され、前記透孔に前方から取付螺子を
遊嵌して設け、又前記ガイド孔に対して機器の内
側より取付金具を移動可能に設けると共に該取付
金具の螺孔に前記取付螺子を螺合して連結し、前
記機器の前面取付片の前方に前記取付螺子を旋回
するためのドライバー差入孔を有する化粧パネル
を固定し、而して前記取付金具が取付螺子の先端
部分に螺合している時ガイド孔の傾斜部により取
付金具を傾斜位置に保持してその一端を機器内部
に収納保持することで前記挿入孔内への機器の挿
入を許容し、前記取付螺子を締付方向に旋回する
ことにより取付金具をガイド孔の傾斜部より水平
部に移動させ、その一端を突出孔より機器の上下
面から飛び出させてダツシユボードの裏面に係合
させることで、ダツシユボードに機器を締付固定
するように構成した事を特徴とする自動車用機器
