This relates to a jet dish washer/dryer that discharges water from a slit in the lid.

The pump 20 supplies water to the injection arm 18, and the water is sent from the injection arm 18 to the cleaning tank 1.
6, the water pressure washes the dishes 22, and after the washing is finished, the heater 19 is energized for dry firing, or if the washing water is hot water, the dishes are preheated to dry them in a closed space. . In addition, it was common to use dishwashing detergent in the washing water to increase the cleaning effect.

There was a problem in that the load on the device changed greatly, resulting in malfunction. Therefore, all current dishwashers must use special detergents that do not generate bubbles. Also, since high-pressure water is sprayed into the washing tank 16 during washing, the washing tank 16 must be kept in an airtight state. This is a major problem when it is dry. In other words, since the inside of the cleaning tank 1e is in a humid state, when the temperature drops a little, dew condenses again on the surface of the dried dishes 22. To prevent this, it is necessary to communicate the inside of the cleaning tank with the outside air using a damper or the like after cleaning is completed. was there.

The cleaning method is an immersion cleaning method, and the tableware used is limited and the tableware is placed upright to determine the positional relationship of the tableware in the washing tank.
The lid above the cleaning tank has a slit structure to allow free circulation with outside air.

When the kimono is removed and dried, the slit in the lid releases the steam inside to the outside.

The dish rack 12 of this jet dish washer/dryer has a protrusion 14 in the washing tank 4 that allows it to be inserted only in a certain direction, and the dishes used are those specifically designed for this machine and are intended for one person only. After eating, set the dirty dishes 13 in their respective positions, pour water from the water inlet 11 until the dishes 13 are completely submerged, then add a specified amount of kitchen detergent, cover the lid 2, and then turn the heater 6 on. Turn on electricity. At the same time, the pump 7 is operated to emit a jet stream 16 from the injection port 9, and the heater 6 is continuously energized until the water temperature in the cleaning tank 4 reaches the optimum temperature for cleaning. At this time, as shown in Fig. 2, the jet 16 first hits the tableware 13a and flows along the surface of the tableware to the edge like a jet 15a, and part of it hits the tableware 13b as a jet 16b, and part of it hits the tableware 13C as a jet. It is 15c and it is a hit. Also jet 16
The water a flows along the surface of the tableware 130, and part of it hits the tableware 13d as a jet stream 16d. The remaining part of each flow follows the outer surface of the tableware and becomes a jet 1sf, which is attracted by the jet 16 and becomes a jet 15g, which circulates and cleans dirt on the inner and outer surfaces of the tableware 13. When the cleaning is completed, the solenoid valve 8 is switched to drain, and the dirty water in the cleaning tank 4 is drained. When the drainage is completed, the solenoid valve 8 is switched to circulation again, and rinsing water is injected from the water inlet 11. After repeating water injection and drainage for three or more cycles, water is again poured into the washing tank 4, and after draining, the heater 6 is energized to raise the water temperature to a temperature at which the tableware 13 is preheated and naturally dried.

られる。When sufficient heat is stored in the tableware 13, the solenoid valve 8 is switched to drain. After draining, the tableware 13 uses its own residual heat to evaporate the water droplets adhering to the surface, and the steam is exhausted to the outside through the slit 3 of the lid 2, so that the humidity in the washing tank 4 does not rise and the tableware remains clean even after a period of time. There is no risk of water droplets recondensing on 13.
'In addition, in the above example, when adding the specified amount of kitchen detergent during washing, the starch degrading enzyme "amylase" was added to 1/1 of the mass of starch attached.
It is also possible to add tablets to this product because if you add about 00 tablets at the same time, you can easily wash rice grains that are heavily stuck.

Since there is no impact noise or foaming, you can use ordinary kitchen detergent without using a specific detergent for dishwashers, and there is no risk of re-condensation after drying.
