Abstract

PURPOSE:To straighten a strip camber by providing a tension reducing device between the inlet side tension generating device and outlet side tension generat ing device and by adjusting the distance between both ends of a adjacent roll by moving the roll in parallel to the strip face. CONSTITUTION:In case of there existing the generation of a strip camber a roll C and a' are adjusted by moving them adequately by a positioning adjusting device. When the strip is fed in the arrow mark direction in this state, a tension is caused by the inlet side tension generating device 1, but the tension thereof is reduced by the tension reducing device 2 and the tension is received by the outlet side tension generating device 3 again. 【発明の詳細な説明】 (関連産業分野) 圧延後の板材には一般に長平方向のキャンバ歪みが存在
し、この種板材を切断したり、スリットして製品とする
場合に大板状態では発見することの出来ない形状不良が
発生し、後工程に各種障害を生じることがある。本発明
は板材圧延後のストリップキャンバの矯正方法及び矯正
装置に関するものである。
