Claims (1)
- 複数の抵抗素子により形成された同軸構造の高
周波高圧インパルス用減衰器において、出力端側
に接続された抵抗素子に直列に保護素子を同軸構
造で接続したことを特徴とする保護素子内蔵型減
衰器。
