- プリント印刷配線板に実装される発熱部品より
生する熱を放熱するための面積の広いランドパタ
ーンをプリント印刷配線板の上記発熱部品との取
付面、上記発熱部品のプリント印刷配線板との取
付面、および、プリント印刷配線板の内層の少な
くともいずれか１箇所に設けたことを特徴とする
プリント印刷配線板。
