Claims (1)
- レーザ光源と、このレーザ光源から放射される
レーザビームを線状もしくは帯状に絞るシリンド
リカルレンズと、印字パターンが打ち抜かれてい
る不透明性ステンシルと、このステンシルの後段
に配置される結像レンズとを用い、前記シリンド
リカルレンズと結像レンズとの組みと、ステンシ
ルと被マーク処理との組みとを、線状もしくは帯
状に絞られたビームとを直交する方向に、相対的
にスキヤンさせる手段と、更に前記ステンシルは
縁部にレーザ光検出窓を有し、このレーザ光検出
窓に対向してレーザ光検出装置を設けたことを特
徴とするマーキング装置。
