示されているポリＶプーリの一製造段階における

１図において示されているポリＶプーリを製造す
るにおいて、その溝切り工程を説明するための部
分断面図であり、第４図は本考案に係るポリＶプ
ーリの他の実施例を示す底面図である。また、第
５図および第６図は、それぞれ従来のポリＶプー
リの一例を示す縦断面図である。 １２：ポリＶプーリ、１４：底部、１６：組付
用孔、２０：円筒部、２２：Ｖ溝、２６：ビード
部、３２：プリフオーム、４４：溝切りローラ。

Claims (1)
- 金属素板を成形して得た有底円筒形状の予備成
形品を転造加工して、その筒壁部外周面に多段の
Ｖ溝部を形成することにより製造されるカツプ形
状のポリＶプーリにして、そのカツプ形状の底部
に、プーリ回転軸の回りに位置するように、連続
的な若しくは不連続のビード部を配設したことを
特徴とするポリＶプーリ。
