Conventionally, when constructing reinforced concrete structures, the method used is to set up reinforcing bars, then set up formwork on both sides and pour concrete. When assembling reinforcing bars for a structure with a considerable height, a scaffold is set up for reinforcing the reinforcing bars, the reinforcing bars are assembled using this scaffolding, and when the work is completed, the scaffolding is removed and the concrete is then removed. The formwork for pouring is being installed.

The present invention aims to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional method as described above, and when constructing a concrete structure, first a formwork used for pouring concrete is installed, and this formwork is used to create a concrete structure. By installing scaffolding and assembling the reinforcing bars, it is possible to simplify the special scaffolding facilities for assembling the reinforcing bars, reduce the labor and expense required to install and remove the scaffolding, and make the construction more efficient and cost-effective. This construction method is especially suitable for constructing thick structures.

One formwork A is of a stationary type, for example, as shown in the figure, vertical butterflies 2 are erected at required intervals, these are connected by horizontal butterflies (not shown), and weir plates 3 are erected. , and is held by a brace 4, which is a conventionally known structure. Further, the formwork B on the other side has a movable structure as shown in the figure. That is, the formwork B has triangular-shaped pedestals 7 equipped with running wheels 6 having lifting devices 5 arranged at required intervals in the length direction of the construction wall 14, and these pedestals 7 are provided with horizontal flaps, etc. It is constructed by constructing a connecting member (not shown) and a weir plate 3.

In construction, first, as shown in Fig. 1, a pair of formworks A and B are placed on the construction wall surface 14', which is the predetermined position to be installed for concrete pouring.
Install them at wider intervals by the required distance. In other words, the weir plates 3 and 3 of formworks A and B and the construction wall surface 1

After the formwork is installed, scaffolding C is installed inside each formwork A and B. This scaffolding C has scaffolding materials 16, 16 erected vertically and horizontally along the construction wall surfaces 14', 14', and extends in the length direction of the wall body 14 between the scaffolding materials 16, 16 and formworks A, B. Support members 8, 8 are constructed at required intervals, and a scaffold board 10 is placed on these support members 8, 8. The support member 8 is preferably installed by using the formwork clamping fitting insertion hole 9 provided in the weir plate 3 of the formwork at one end thereof, and
The other end of the support member 8 is fixed to the scaffolding material 16 by means such as binding, and a concrete example of this is the method shown in FIG. 8. In Figure 8A, a long rod-shaped support rod 8 is used, one end of which is inserted into the hole 9 of the weir plate 3 for support, and the reinforcing pipe 11 of the support rod 8 is fitted into the other end. Reinforcement pipe 1
The end of the support member 8 is tied to the scaffolding material 16, and the scaffolding board 10 is placed on top of this, and the other end of the support member 8 is tied directly to the scaffolding material 16 in FIG. are doing. Note that if the support rod 8 is strong enough to withstand the working load, the reinforcing pipe 11 is not necessary.

If the scaffold C is installed in this way, the reinforcing bars 15 can be constructed using the scaffold C as shown in Figure 2, and this work can be done from the scaffolds C and C on both sides, which is efficient. In addition, it is particularly effective for construction of items with large wall thicknesses.
Then, once the reinforcing bar assembly 15 is completed, the scaffolding C is removed. In this case, first the scaffolding board 10 is removed, then the supporting member 8 is removed, and then the scaffolding material 16 is removed.

After the removal of the scaffolding is completed, formworks A and B, which were set apart from the wall surface 14', are moved and installed to predetermined construction positions in contact with the wall surface 14', and the fastening fittings 13 are installed at the required locations. Then concrete is poured. When moving and installing the movable formwork B, it is sufficient to raise and lower the pedestal 7 using the lifting device 5 and push it forward using wheels, but in order to move the stationary formwork A, a crane is required. Formwork A
It is best to hang the whole thing up. Once the poured concrete has hardened, formwork A and B are removed and construction is complete.

In addition, in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 that have been explained so far, one is a stationary formwork A and the other is a movable formwork B, but as shown in FIG. Both formworks A and B can also be of stationary type. Moreover, contrary to the one shown in FIG. 5, movable formworks may be used for both formworks A and B as shown in FIG. 6. Furthermore, the arrangement of formworks A and B that has been explained so far is
Initially, both forms were installed at a position away from the wall surface 14', but as shown in Fig. 7, one of the formworks was installed at a predetermined construction position in contact with the wall surface 14'. Good too. In this case, the scaffolding C will not be installed on the formwork A placed in a predetermined position.

The construction method of the present invention is particularly suitable for constructing thick structures. In other words, the scaffolding is installed between the inside of the formwork and the construction wall of the structure, regardless of the other formwork, so even if the gap between the formworks is wide, the scaffolding can be firmly assembled regardless of the width. Therefore, it can be applied to the construction of thick structures.
Furthermore, since the cost of a thicker structure is higher, the cost of scaffolding facilities will be lower, increasing the cost-effectiveness.

As explained above, in constructing a reinforced concrete structure, the present invention first installs formwork at or near a predetermined construction position, and then uses the inside of one or both of these formworks and the construction of the concrete structure. Scaffolding is installed between the wall surface using scaffolding materials and formwork erected close to the construction wall surface as supports, reinforcing bars are set using this scaffolding, and then the scaffolding is removed and the formwork is installed. Since the formwork is used for most of the components of the reinforcing bar assembly scaffold by moving it to a predetermined construction position, the scaffolding can be extremely simplified. In particular, the present invention uses formwork sheathing boards in place of handrails to ensure the safety of workers, which are always required in conventional scaffolding, and the present invention uses Compared to the previous method, materials used are greatly reduced, and scaffolding facilities,
It has many excellent effects, such as significantly reducing the removal labor, construction period, and construction cost, and improving the economic efficiency of constructing concrete structures. Since the scaffolding is installed independently of the frame and the constructed structure, even if the constructed structure is thick and the formwork spacing needs to be wide, the scaffolding facility can be ensured and strong, and the thickness of the constructed structure can be The larger the scaffolding facility, the more significant the economic effect of the scaffolding facility will be.
