Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) アルミニウム製のシート類をアルミニウム
製のタンクに組み付けると共にフラツクスを噴霧
又は浸漬した後、炉内で窒素ガス又は真空雰囲気
にて一体ロー付するアルミニウム製熱交換器に於
て、前記シート類を取り付けるべくタンクに設け
られた開口の内面に沿つた溝、或いは、前記開口
の外縁に沿つたテーパを前記シートに設けると共
に、前記溝又はテーパによつて形成される空隙へ
フラツクスを流入させて前記タンクに接合するこ
とを特徴とするアルミニウム製熱交換器。 (2) 前記溝は、シートの内周端及び放射状に複
数本設けることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載のアルミニウム製熱交換器。 (3) 前記テーパは、タンク面に対しシートの内
周に対し外周側の間隙が広くなるようにしたこと
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
のアルミニウム製熱交換器。
