Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 冷却塔内に散布された冷却水の一部を塔外へ
排出し、循環冷却水中に含有する不純物の濃度を
一定に維持する冷却塔のブローダウン装置におい
て、 塔内にブローダウン管を水平に配置し、このブ
ローダウン管の上面は開口し冷却水受入口を形成
しており、この受入口を開閉する左右一対の蓋片
は、全体樋状で前記ブローダウン管外周面に沿い
湾曲した形状としてあり、各蓋片の両端からブロ
ーダウン管半径方向に延びる支持腕は、ブローダ
ウン管の水平軸線周りで揺動自在に支持され、各
蓋片はブローダウン管に対し、任意位置に固定自
在としてあり、各蓋片の内縁には、その全幅に亘
る冷却水受板が、前記受入口に対して半径方向外
方へ延在して固定しており、各冷却水受板の可動
範囲は、前記蓋片による前記受入口閉塞時に、相
互当接し垂直な姿勢をとる位置と、前記受入口全
開時に、冷却水受板の内端縁がこの受入口の長手
口縁と一致乃至若干中央寄りとなる位置の間の範
囲としてあることを特徴とする冷却塔のブローダ
ウン装置。 ２ 前記冷却水受板は、垂直位置より外方へ６０
度の範囲で翻転自在としてある実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載の冷却塔のブローダウン装置。 ３ 冷却水受板は、蓋片内縁より５〜５０cm程度
半径方向外方へ延びている実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項又は第２項記載の冷却塔のブローダウン
装置。 ４ ブローダウン管が冷却塔内の充填材下部の適
当な位置に配置されている実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載の冷却塔のブローダウン装置。
