Alternatively, serial dot information from the magnetic tape 101, optical disk 102, etc. that stores computer output information tU is read by the read control i'1ll11), 1 and sent to the system control unit 110. This system control unit 1
10 has a page memory 111 for storing information in the middle 4η of one page to be photographed, and the character generating section 1
A corresponding character pattern is generated from 20, semi-fixed information is generated from a soft form generator 130, and the gate 105 is set to 4 to display data and the like on the CRT 106. Data such as characters that are imaged on the screen of the CRT 108 at a predetermined brightness are optically photographed from a lens system 142 via a mirror 141 onto a microfilm 143 in the camera section.
43, fixed information such as ruled lines and logos from a fixed information section 140 is photographed in a superimposed manner via a lens system 142. The details of the character generation section 120 are explained in the second section.
As shown in the figure, the data code (logical address) DC sent from the system control unit +10 to access the character pattern is input to the address conversion circuit 121, converted to a physical address PA, and stored in the ROM, etc. Character pattern memory 1 stored in pattern memory 122
22 outputs a pre-stored character pattern CP according to the input physical address PA, and outputs the character pattern CP via the buffer memory 123 and the display control circuit 124 to the CRTloB.
The read character pattern is displayed on the screen.

For frames 41 to 44, in which image information for a page is divided into four parts and recorded, an arrow mark 10 is placed on each frame to indicate that image information for one page is recorded and the related information is marked. Record 4 items in the spaces between. By recording the mark 10 indicated by an arrow like this between the frames that divide one page's worth of image information, a search operator etc. can easily read the recording area of one page. j + (becomes Noh.

Furthermore, FIG. 5 shows another mark 30 of the present invention, in which the four frames 41 to 44 are associated by recording an x mark 30 in the center of each frame. It can be shown that image information for one page is recorded.

R, S) (step S2). In this case, since the soft form pattern (1,, M) in the soft form generation f513Q has been loaded in advance, L=0. Set M=0 (step S3),
The COH camera stage is moved to the frame position (L, M) (step S6). Then, from the soft form generating section +30, for example 11 (as shown in FIG. 7(A))
At the same time as outputting the soft form of 1,1) to (2,2) (step S7), the page memory 111 outputs t(1°1) to t(2,2) as shown in FIG.
The information on the separate bath is output (step S8), and the image information is synchronized and displayed on the CRT loB via gate +05 (step S9). By repeating this shooting operation until S=S and L=R, the 8th image is recorded on the microfilm 143.
An image as shown in the figure is recorded. Although the example shown in FIG. 3 has been described here, the same applies to other examples.

It is also possible to display the relationship using the valuation mark @ mark or the like. Furthermore, in the embodiment described in 1-1, an example was shown in which one page's worth of image information was divided into four frames.
The number of divided frames is arbitrary, and the number of divided frames is arbitrary. Even when the number of one frame is 6 or more I-, the same effect can be achieved by making a similar mark H. Furthermore, 1
