Claims (1)
- 上流側の圧力と本体内の圧力との差圧の変化に
応じて設定された所定流量を保つよう作動する定
流量弁において、差圧の変化に応じて変位するダ
イヤフラムと、前記ダイヤフラムに連結され該ダ
イヤフラムの変位と共に軸方向に摺動するニード
ルと、流路内に前記ニードルが嵌入し該ニードル
の変位に応じて流路面積を調整される固定側流路
調整部材とを設けてなる定流量弁。
