金属製ホルダ内に嵌込まれるとともにリードピン
挿通孔を軸線方向に形成してなる筒状のセラミツ
クスペーサと、このセラミツクスペーサのリード
ピン挿通孔を貫通するようにして前記金属製ホル
ダ上端部に植設されたリードピンを備えてなり、
前記セラミツクスペーサは、少なくとも下端側外
周部が前記金属製ホルダ内壁部に対し締り嵌めで
