入力し、この増幅器の出力を直流電圧に変換する
ためにレベルホールド回路へ入力し、このレベル
ホールド回路の出力を外部からの比較入力(直流
電圧)と共に差動増幅器へ入力させ、この差動増
幅器の出力を電流、電圧共安定化させてレーザダ
イオードへ順方向電流を供給すべく設定されたト
ランジスタの入力として供給し、同時に上記レー
ザダイオードの陽極へ上記トランジスタと並列に
TTLバツフア又は順方向電流のシヤント用トラ
ンジスタを挿入することにより上記レーザダイオ
ードの光出力を“ON”、“OFF”させ、かつ
温度補償を行ないながら上記レーザダイオードを
常時安定に動作させることを特徴とするレーザダ
