Claims (1)
- ケース内部に冷媒蒸発用の蒸発管および電子部
品をそれぞれ有する複数個の電子部品ケースと、
この電子部品ケースを蒸発器とし、その各蒸発管
内に冷媒を導入する冷却器を備え、上記冷却器の
熱可逆性を利用して上記電子部品を冷却あるいは
加熱するようにしたことを特徴とする電子部品の
冷却装置。
