Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 作動油を充填したシリンダ内にピストンロツド
を結合したピストンを摺動自在に嵌合し、該ピス
トンと前記ピストンロツド外周に設けたバルブシ
ートとの間に複数の環状の弾性体を重ね合せたリ
ーフバルブを介装し、該リーフバルブの撓み変形
抵抗により減衰力を発生させるようにした油圧緩
衝器のバルブ構造に於いて、 前記複数の弾性体の板厚をピストン側に位置す
るものからバルブシート側に位置するものにつれ
て漸次小さく形成するとともに該複数の弾性体の
内径をバルブシート側に位置するものからピスト
ン側に位置するものにつれて漸次大きく形成し、 最もバルブシート側のリーフバルブの内径部と
ロツド外周部との間に所定幅の隙間を設けたこと
を特徴とする油圧緩衝器のバルブ構造。
