第１図は従来の１層から構成される感光性樹脂
凸版を露光量を制御しながら行なつた場合の製版
後の断面を示すものであり、第２図は本考案に係
る感光性樹脂凸版を用いた場合の製版後の断面を
示すものである。なお、図中の符号は以下のもの
を示す。 １……感光性樹脂層、１―ａ……上部感光性樹
脂層、２……支持体、１―ｂ……下部感光性樹脂
層、３……ネガフイルム、３―ａ……ハイライト
部、３―ｂ……シヤドー部。
凸版を露光量を制御しながら行なつた場合の製版
後の断面を示すものであり、第２図は本考案に係
る感光性樹脂凸版を用いた場合の製版後の断面を
示すものである。なお、図中の符号は以下のもの
を示す。 １……感光性樹脂層、１―ａ……上部感光性樹
脂層、２……支持体、１―ｂ……下部感光性樹脂
層、３……ネガフイルム、３―ａ……ハイライト
部、３―ｂ……シヤドー部。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 支持体及び感光性樹脂層より主として構成
される感光性樹脂凸板において、当該感光性樹脂
層が上部感光性樹脂層及び下部感光性樹脂層の２
層より構成され、かつ各々の感光性樹脂層に含ま
れる重合性プレポリマー及び重合性モノマーの総
重量に対する光重合開始剤の含有率を、上部感光
性樹脂層に対する下部感光性樹脂層の比が、１対
１０〜１，０００倍となしたことを特徴とする感
光性樹脂凸版。 (2) 上部感光性樹脂層の厚さが０．０５〜２．
０mm、下部感光性樹脂層の厚みが０．１〜１０．
０mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第(1)項記載の感光性樹脂凸版。
