    間を接続する配線パターンとを有する集積回路パ
    ツケージにおいて、 １つの前記入力端子に接続される１つの前記内
    部端子に一端を接続し且つ他端を１つの前記外部
    端子に接続した第１の配線パターンと、もう一つ
    の前記外部端子に一端を接続し且つ他端に接続さ
    れる前記内部端子を前記第１の配線パターンと共
    有する第２の配線パターンとから成る配線対を有
    し、前記第１および第２の配線パターンの特性イ
    ンピーダンスが互いに等しいことを特徴とする集
    積回路パツケージ。
