[Problem to be solved by the invention 1 As mentioned above, the four independent components of the compressor, the heat exchangers for heat radiation and heat absorption, and the expander are combined into one gas refrigerator. When this method is incorporated into a large equipment system such as an aircraft, it rarely encounters major obstacles in terms of installation space or operational efficiency, but it is used, for example, in home cold air generators or portable refrigerators for automobiles. For extremely small-sized devices used in daily life, such as those used in daily life, it would be difficult to incorporate a conventional gas refrigerator into equipment because the equipment would be too bulky, and I have not heard of any examples of it being put to practical use.

As a measure to make gas refrigerators more compact, for example, as seen in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 52-10946J, heat radiation fins are installed on the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder at locations corresponding to the compression region of a vane compressor, and heat dissipation fins are installed on the outer circumference of the expansion region. A method has also been proposed in which heat-absorbing fins are attached to the surface and air is blown onto each fin from a dedicated blower to generate a hot or cold air flow.

However, although this kind of equipment has made some progress in terms of making it more compact, its structure is still complicated, such as requiring two blowers in addition to the compressor drive motor. It is difficult to say that it has been simplified.

Function 1 In a gas refrigerator with the above configuration, when the reciprocating member for gas compression is operated, one of the reciprocating gas compression pumps is in the adiabatic compression state. At this time, the other pump is placed in an adiabatic expansion stage. When one pump is in the process of compression, the first valve means is closed, so the gas is compressed by one pump and the gas, which has become high temperature and high pressure, passes through the heat exchange means for heat radiation. The gas becomes a high-pressure gas at room temperature, and is sucked into the other pump through the first valve means that is closed at the end of the compression process.

When the other pump is in the expansion process, the second valve means is closed, so that the normal temperature, high pressure gas that has flowed into this pump is adiabatically expanded into low temperature, normal pressure gas. The low-temperature gas discharged from the second valve means, which is opened when the pump enters the compression process, is sent to the endothermic heat exchange means, where refrigeration work is performed.

At this time, in the cylinder chamber 5 of the other pump, after being fed under normal temperature and high pressure from one pump in the previous process, the gas is adiabatically expanded as the piston 2 retreats, and a gas is generated. It is filled with low temperature normal pressure gas. When the piston 2 reaches the bottom dead center of the cylinder chamber 5, the bypass passage 13 that has been blocked by the piston 2 is opened as shown in the figure, so that the cylinder chamber 5 and the endothermic heat exchange means 9 are connected via the communication passage 8. When the pressure difference between the two is almost eliminated, the discharge port 5 becomes electrically conductive.
The low pressure valve 12 that had closed B is opened.

When the piston 2 then reverses and begins to move towards the right in the figure, one pump goes into the expansion stroke and the other goes into the compression stroke, and at the end of the stroke the device is in the state depicted in FIG. Become. In this step in which the screws 1 to 2 move to the right, the low temperature normal pressure gas existing in the cylinder chamber 5 is forced by the piston 2 and passes through the small pressure valve 12, which is opened, and is discharged. The cold heat is sent from the outlet 5B through the communication path 8 to the endothermic heat exchange means 9, and the endothermic heat exchange means 9, which receives the cold heat, performs cooling work such as cooling the inside of a refrigerator or cooling air for air conditioning. The gas, which has returned to normal temperature by passing through the endothermic heat exchange means 9, is sucked into the cylinder chamber 4, which is in the expansion process, through its suction port 4B, and is prepared for the next compression process.

As the drive motor 40 rotates, the crank mechanism causes the diaphragm 22 of the gas compression pump 20 to swing at a predetermined period, so that the cylinder chamber 25 of one of the pumps acts as a gas (air in this case) compressor. The cylinder chamber 2G of the other pump, which acts as a gas expansion mode, undergoes compression steps and expansion steps alternately, just as in the first and second embodiments described above. The operation of the suction valve 32 and discharge valve 33 provided in the cylinder chamber 26 is such that when the diaphragm 22 moves to the top dead center of the cylinder chamber 26, the suction valve 32 is pushed by the movement of the diaphragm 22. Open the valve. Next, while the diaphragm 22 reversely moves toward the bottom dead center, the suction valve 32, which is released from the above-mentioned pressing force, is closed by the valve closing biasing spring. When the diaphragm 22 reaches the bottom dead center, the pressure inside the cylinder chamber 26 decreases to almost the same level as the article storage space 9A in the heat insulating box 50, which serves as an endothermic heat exchange means constituting an open cycle. Discharge valve 33 as a low pressure valve
is opened.

Therefore, during the expansion process of one pump, the parts storage space 9A
The air sucked into the cylinder chamber 25 from ill! in the next compression process. ! i It becomes a high temperature and high pressure state, and the discharge port 25B
From there, it is sent out toward the heat exchanger 7B for heat radiation. The high-pressure air cooled to room temperature by the radiation heat exchanger 7B flows into the cylinder chamber 26 through the intake valve 32 opened as described above, and expands adiabatically as the diaphragm 22 moves backward. As a result, part of the power consumed in the operation of the diaphragm 22 is recovered, and the pressure is returned to normal pressure. Goods storage space 9
The cold air is pushed out toward A, and the stored cold energy of this cold air cools the article B inside the warehouse. The incoming air, which has been warmed by being transferred with the heat held by the article B, is sucked into the cylinder chamber 25 again in the suction process of one of the pumps, and thereafter, such a cycle is repeated, and the article B reaches the limit of the heat exchange capacity of the device. It gradually cools down inside.

The gas compression pump 70 has a structure in which the design of the gas compression pump 20 used in the refrigerator is modified in order to increase its capacity. That is, the pump housing has two bellows 7 that are sealed at both end faces to form an air chamber.
1 and 12 are joined together with a disc 73 that can reciprocate in the axial direction while keeping their axes coaxial. Therefore, the disk 73 serves as a sealing member for one end face of each of the bellows 71 and 72. The other end surfaces of the bellows 71 and 72 are sealed by being joined to the inner surfaces of both side walls of a member 74, which is generally upwardly oriented in the shape of a U, and serves as a base for assembling the gas compression pump 70. A reciprocating member 16 having a U-shaped planar shape for reciprocating is attached to the disc 73, and the rotational force of the double-shaft motor 40A is applied to the reduction gears 77 and 78, the crank 79, and the crank pin. It is converted into reciprocating motion via 75 and transmitted to member 76 . In other words, the disk 73 in this set of gas compression pumps 70 is the same as the bellows 22 of the gas compression pump 20.
It will perform a function equivalent to . On both side walls of the member 740 that forms the assembly base of the gas compression pump 70, the bellows 71 and the pipes 6 and 8, which serve as the aforementioned communication passages, are connected to the bellows 71.

Regarding the operation of the above-mentioned electric fan, whereas the heat exchange means for endothermic absorption as an open cycle in the previously explained refrigerator with a built-in gas refrigerator was the article storage space 9A in the refrigerator, in this embodiment There is no difference at all except that the heat exchange means for endothermic absorption as an open cycle is an indoor space such as the inside of a car where an electric fan is installed. The cold air generated in the cylinder chamber of the other pump of the pair of bellows-type gas compression pumps 70 is sent to the communication path 8 from its discharge port, and is discharged from the pump from the cold air outlet 64 that opens toward the back of the electric fan 61. The air is blown out due to the pressure and is spread toward the space to be cooled along with the air current generated by the electric fan 61. The air that has been heated through heat exchange in this space is pumped to the air intake port 62 by the suction force of one of the pumps.
This cycle of being sucked into the cylinder chamber and being recooled through the process described above repeats thereafter.
