A large number of circular tube insertion holes are inserted into the tube plate, and the ends of the tubes are press-fitted into each insertion hole to form a heat exchanger core. Then, the hem portion of the tank is attached and fastened to the flange portion of the shell via a packing.

It needs to be compressed and fitted. However, in the former case, the tube sheet is fitted into the shell, and the tube must be inserted through the tube sheet in a state where the rubber cannot freely deform, and the resistance during the insertion is large, making the insertion operation difficult. or,
According to the latter method, after inserting the tube through the tube sheet, it is necessary to compress the outer periphery of the tube sheet and fit it into the open end of the shell, and this operation is also relatively difficult. Further, the work of disassembling the heat exchanger assembled in this way afterwards is also troublesome.

First, one end portion of the tubes 2 consisting of a large number of round tubes or flat tubes is respectively inserted into the tube insertion holes of one tube plate 3. Then, the expanded portion 5 is filled with the sealing material 7, and the auxiliary tube sheet 6 is fitted onto the tube sheet 3. In this state, one tube plate 3 is brought into contact with one end of the shell 1 as shown in FIG. Next, the other end of the tube 2 is pushed into the tube insertion hole of the other tube plate 3.

。(1) The tube plate 3 made of a rubber plate is formed to have an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the shell l, and its peripheral edge abuts the open end of the shell l. The hem of the tank 4 is fastened and fixed to the open end surface of the shell 1 via the peripheral edge of the tube plate 3. Therefore, the tube plate 3 itself constitutes a seal between the shell 1 and the tank 4, and also serves as a partition wall that separates the internal space between them. Therefore, the structure of the entire heat exchanger is simplified, and the heat exchanger is easy to assemble and can be provided at a low cost.

That is, by removing the fastening member, it becomes possible to separate the tube sheet 3 from the shell 1, and maintenance and inspection of the tube sheet 3 and tubes 2 can be easily performed, and if the tube sheet 3 made of rubber material deteriorates. , the exchange becomes possible.

Since the expanded portion 5 is filled with a sealing material and hardened elastically, the sealing material 7 and the elasticity of the tube plate 3 made of rubber material together cause the tube 2 and the tube A reliable liquid-tight structure with the plate 3 can be formed. Thereby, liquid leakage from the heat exchanger can be reliably prevented.
