Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to optionally adjust the driving height of racks, by allowing locking rods disposed in upper and lower beds to alternately engage with racks which are laid in the longitudinal direction of the spud so that the racks are alternately locked, and further, by making the upper and lower beds to approach together and separate from each other to elevate the racks in a measuring method-like manner. CONSTITUTION:When a spud 20 is elevated, a locking rod 31 of an upper bed 30 on a thrust bearing 24 is engaged with a rack 21 on a spud 20, and after a locking rod 25 of a lower bed 25 is released from a rack 21 on the spud 20, the upper bed 30 is elevated by means of a vertically moving device 33. Further, when the spud 20 is elevated further more, after the locking rod 26 of the lower bed 25 being engaged with the rack 21 on the spud, the locking rod 31 of the upper bed 30 is released from the rack to allow the upper bed 30 to approach the lower bed 25 to that the first mentioned operation is repeated. With the repetition of the above-mentioned steps, the spud is adjusted to an optional position.

A pump-type dredger drives a spud into the seabed and performs dredging work by reciprocating within a certain angle around the driven spud as the center of rotation. Therefore, when driving the spud, it is necessary to freely adjust the spud penetration I depending on the soil quality of the dredged area. The amount of spud penetration is adjusted by adjusting the height position of the spud from where the spud is driven by its free fall.

For this reason, it is necessary to hoist the spud 9 before driving the spud, but conventional spud driving height adjustment devices
As shown in Fig. 5, it was based on a winch system. In these figures, (1) is the hull, and (2) is a spud, which is raised and lowered by passing through spud keepers (3) and (4) provided above and below at the stern. (5) is a winch for lifting the spud (2), and its winch wire (6) is connected to the upper part of the spud (2) via a sheave (71 (81) in sequence).

In the conventional example shown in Fig. 4, the driving height position of the spud (2) is determined by lifting the spud (2) with a winch (5), locking the spud (2) with a spud lock device (12), and then locking the spud (2) with the connecting member α. [and pin (1) of spud (2)

Next, in the conventional example shown in FIG. 5, one end of the lifting wire (13) is connected to the hull (1), and the other end is formed into a loop shape and is directly wound around the spud (2). The middle part of the movable sheave (14) is wound around the movable sheave (14).
4) is raised by the rod (16) of the hydraulic cylinder (15) to lift the spud (2). In this conventional example, the height position of the loop at the other end of the lifting wire (13) can be adjusted by shifting the position relative to the spud (2) in the same way as in the case of Fig. 4. .

In each of the above conventional examples, in order to adjust the spud driving height, it is necessary to manually change the position of the spud (2) and the connecting member QQI in the bottle, and to change the position of the winding of the lifting wire (13). First, there were problems in that the work was inefficient and highly dangerous. Further, in the example shown in FIG. 4, it is not possible to provide more than 9 bottle insertion holes in the spud due to its strength, and therefore there is a problem in that the adjustment range is limited to a relatively small size. Next, in the example shown in FIG. 5, although the adjustment range can be widened, there is a large risk that the spud will slip off.

In the present invention, when raising the spud, the locking rod of the upper platform on the i-thrust bearing is engaged with the rack of the spud, the locking rod of the lower platform is disengaged from the rack of the spud, and then the upper platform This is to lift the material onto a vertical movement device. Furthermore, when raising the spud upwards, the lower base plate's locking rod is engaged with the spud rack, and then the upper base plate's locking rod is disengaged from the rack. Just bring it closer to the lower platform side and repeat the same operation as the first one. The spud can be adjusted to any desired height by repeating the same operation.

As described above, according to the present invention, the locking rods disposed on the upper and lower base plates alternately engage the racks provided in the longitudinal direction of the spud, thereby locking the racks alternately, and further locking the racks on the upper and lower base plates. This is because the rack is raised in a scale-wise manner by moving the panels close together and away from each other using a vertical movement device.
The driving height of the rack can be adjusted as desired.

Furthermore, there is no fear that the strength of the spud will decrease due to the provision of a rack, making it efficient and safe.
