第１図は本考案に係るリニア駆動電磁ポンプの
一例を示す分解斜視図、第２図ないし第４図は同
上に使用する振動子の平面図、正面図、および側
面図、第５図は本考案に係るリニア駆動電磁ポン
プの一例を示す断面図、第６図は同上の要部斜視
図、第７図は従来の振動子を示す斜視図、第８図
ないし第１０図は同上の振動子を示す平面図、正
面図、および側面図である。 １は振動子、２は永久磁石、３はダイアフラム
、６は空気室、７はケース、７ａ，７ｂは半割体
、８はねじ体である。
補正 昭６１．１．１８ 実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する
。
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電磁石と、電磁石の磁極とは直交する方向に往
復移動自在に配設された振動子と、振動子の往復
方向の先端部に固着されたダイアフラムとがケー
シング内に納装され、振動子の往復動に伴なつて
ダイアフラムとケーシングの内周面の一部との間
に囲まれる空気室内の吸排気を行なうリニア駆動
電磁ポンプにおいて、振動子が振動子の往復方向
において異極に着磁された永久磁石と、振動子の
往復方向の先端部に配設されダイアフラムの中心
部に穿設された挿通孔に挿通されてダイアフラム
を振動子に固定するねじ体と、振動子の往復方向
とは直交する方向に分割される絶縁材料で形成さ
れた一対の半割体とから成り、永久磁石とねじ体
とが両半割体間に一体に挾装されて成るリニア駆
動電磁ポンプ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電磁石と、電磁石の磁極とは直交する方向に往
    復移動自在に配設された振動子と、振動子の往復
    方向の先端部に固着されたダイアフラムとがケー
    シング内に納装され、振動子の往復動に伴なつて
    ダイアフラムとケーシングの内周面の一部との間
    に囲まれる空気室内の吸排気を行なうリニア駆動
    電磁ポンプにおいて、振動子が振動子の往復方向
    において異極に着磁された永久磁石と、振動子の
    往復方向の先端部に配設されダイアフラムの中心
    部に穿設された挿通孔に挿通されてダイアフラム
    を振動子に固定するねじ体と、振動子の往復方向
    とは直交する方向に分割される半割体を固着して
    形成され永久磁石とねじ体とを挾み込む絶縁材料
    で形成されたケースとにより構成されて成るリニ
    ア駆動電磁ポンプ。
