A strip-shaped label 4 as a printing medium is attached to an unwinding roll arm 3 provided on the side surface of the base 2, and this label 4 passes through a turning roller 5, 6, a sensor 7, a film cutting device 8, and Pinch roller 9, this pinch roller 9
Idle roller 10 biased in the direction. Furthermore, it passes through a turning roller 11 and is wound onto a winding roll 12. A bar code and other necessary information are preprinted on the label 4 by a desired printer (not shown). Note that a tension bar 13 is elastically biased on the roll of the label 4 to stabilize the unwinding tension.

That is, when the film F is fed out from the outer periphery of the supply roll 15, that is, when it is peeled off, since the pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to the back surface of the film F, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. The film F is still stuck to the supply roll 15 over the arc from point Q1 to point Q2. However, when the tension of the film F overcomes the adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, the film F is suddenly and sharply peeled off from the outer peripheral surface of the supply roll 15, but at this time, the vibration of the film F causes a large make a sound,
This phenomenon was repeated and caused unpleasant noise.

This is a laminator peeling noise reduction device configured to have the following characteristics.

In this section, a roller 30 for assisting peeling is brought into contact with the outer circumferential surface of the supply roll 15 with a certain biasing force. The angle between the straight line connecting this roller 30 and the film feeding direction and the straight line connecting the center of the supply roll 15 and the roller 30 is 90 degrees in the state shown by the solid line, but this angle is approximately 90 degrees. □Good if it is degree. That is, if this angle is set to 90 degrees at the beginning of feeding the film P from the supply roll 15, this angle will become larger than 90 degrees when the film F runs out; 9
If the angle is set to 0 degrees, this angle will be smaller than 90 degrees at the beginning of feeding out the fill'jaF, and it is sufficient that it is approximately 90 degrees, including both of these cases.

Although the angle is smaller than 0 degrees, the roller 30 is provided in such a range that the film F before peeling and the film F after peeling, which are still on the outer circumference of the supply roll 15, come into contact with each other and do not generate a single noise.

That is, as shown by the imaginary line in the upper part of FIG. 4, the roller 30 is located at a position where the angle is 180 degrees, that is, the feeding direction of the film F is on the extension line from the center of the supply roll 15, or at a position slightly deviated from this extension line. It's okay.
