- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 所定の電極幅および所定の電極間隔の電極を有
する表面波素子が複数個設けられるウエハ上に形
成される抵抗測定モニタにおいて、 上記表面波素子の電極に対応した上記所定の電
極幅を有する抵抗測定用のモニタ電極と、 上記モニタ電極の両側に上記所定の電極間隔で
配され、上記モニタ電極と電気的に絶縁されたダ
ミー電極と より成る抵抗測定モニタ。
