Claims (1)
- スルーホールを形成し、このスルーホールに対
して電子部品の端子を挿通し、半田によりこの端
子とスルーホールとを電気的に接続するよう構成
した基板の構造において、基板の面のうち、電子
部品本体を配置した面に露出し、かつ半田付けが
行われる部分に対して半田抵抗性を備えたフイル
ムを配置したことを特徴とするプリント基板。
