Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 少なくとも誘電体共振器を収容したケース
に、周波数調整用棒が固着剤によつて固着されて
いることを特徴とする共振装置。 (2) 上記ケースにおける上記調波数調整用棒の
取り付けられる部分が凹形状となつていることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載
の共振装置。 (3) 上記周波数調整用棒は金属製のねじであり
、そのねじ山が分割されていることを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項又は第(2)項記載
の共振装置。 (4) 上記ねじ山は二分割されていることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(3)項記載の共
振装置。 (5) 上記固着剤は嫌気性固着剤であることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の
共振装置。
