- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 矩形状圧電セラミツクに電極となる恒弾性金属
板を接合してなる振動子１の、前記恒弾性金属板
に支持子２と結合子３とを一体化形成してなる機
械振動子の構造を、前記支持子２の延長線上に少
なくとも２本の支持腕８を一体的に設け、 該支持腕８を側面がＺ字状となるよう折り曲げ
形成し、 該支持腕８を端子板６に取着するようにしたこ
とを特徴とする機械振動子の構造。
