にしたサーマルヘツドにおいて、基板上の前記発
熱抵抗体が形成される位置に予めこの発熱抵抗体
と等しい幅で形成された予備加熱用ヒータと、こ
の予備加熱用ヒータの上層の部分が他の部分より
突出するように前記基板および予備加熱用ヒータ
の上に形成された部分グレース層と、この部分グ
レーズ層の上に形成された薄膜抵抗体層と、この
薄膜抵抗体層の一部を前記発熱抵抗体として使用
するように設けられた電極層とを具備してなるサ
