転軸に遊嵌された短絡環。 (ハ) この短絡環及び前記集電環の間に取り着け
られて前記短絡環に軸方向の移動力を与えるばね
。 (ニ) 前記集電環に調整ねじを介して取り着けら
れ、前記ばねに抗して前記短絡環に移動力を与え
る遠心こま。
