る。 In recent years, tape recorders have become popular, as they are small and lightweight, making them suitable for portability, and two-way stereo type devices are especially popular, especially for playback using headphones. It is made possible to do so. Incidentally, such headphone-only tape recorders are capable of not only simply playing back tapes, but also receiving radio broadcasts. In other words, this is the reception of radio waves,
A tuner unit (hereinafter referred to as a tuner pack), in which a tuner circuit section for performing tuning, detection, amplification, etc. is housed in a casing having approximately the same shape as a tape cassette, is used, and the tuner pack can be used in place of a tape cassette in a tape recorder. This is done by attaching it to the tape cassette storage section. Specifically, the tuner pack is provided with an output terminal at a position corresponding to the playback head of the tape recorder when it is installed in the tape cassette storage section, and is used to operate the playback controls of the tape recorder. Then, the playback head moves forward and comes into contact with the output terminal of the tuner pack. When a desired broadcasting station is selected by operating the tuning dial provided on the tuner pack, the received radio waves are detected and amplified, and then sent to the main amplifier circuit in the tape recorder via the output terminal and playback head. It was introduced and played on headphones,
This is where radio broadcasts are received.

It is designed so that it does not rotate, which helps save battery power.

路に供給する如くしなければならない。 Incidentally, the playback head of the tape recorder is a so-called magneto-electrical converter that converts the magnetic signal of a normal magnetic tape into an electrical signal. Therefore, in order to introduce the output signal from the tuner pack into the tape recorder via the playback head, the output signal from the tuner pack is converted into a magnetic signal within the tuner pack and output from the output terminal. The signal must be converted back into an electrical signal by the playback head and supplied to the main amplifier circuit within the tape recorder.

The problem is that it is easy to occur.

There is a strong demand for a product that takes various considerations in terms of manufacturing and tape recorder maintenance, such as preventing deformation due to the pinch roller being pressed against the non-rotating capstan when the operator is operated. ing.

7 are arranged respectively. First of all, the battery indicator 22 is a meter that indicates the degree of battery power consumption, and can be operated both when the tape is running and when the radio is operating. Further, the tape type changeover switch 23 is used to change over the type of tape used depending on whether it is a normal tape or a chrome tape. Furthermore, the noise reduction changeover switch 24 performs switching depending on whether or not the tape used has been subjected to noise reduction processing. The tape-radio selector switch 26 is used to switch depending on whether the tape is played back or the tuner pack is used for radio reception. This prevents the tape running motor from rotating, which helps conserve battery power. Therefore, by switching the tape-radio changeover switch 26 to the radio side while the tape is being played back, a so-called pause function can be performed to temporarily stop the tape running. In addition, the tape-radio selection switch 26
When you switch to the radio side, radio indicator 2
5 is now lit. Further, the headphone jack 27 has a headphone plug attached to the tip of a headphone cord extending from a headphone (not shown) inserted therein, and this headphone cord serves as an antenna during radio operation.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, each volume adjustment operator 20, 21 has a red section 201, 211, for example, along the slide path in the direction in which the volume increases, that is, in the direction of arrow B in the figure. , yellow portions 202, 212, and green portions 203, 213, which are displayed in three different colors. and,
For example, when performing continuous listening for 90 minutes or more, adjust the volume adjustment controls 20, 21 to the red sections 201, 21.
11, that is, within a low volume range. In addition, when listening only for a time of 60 minutes to 90 minutes and 60 minutes or less, move the volume adjustment controls 20 and 21 to the yellow sections 202 and 211, respectively.
The user can easily select the volume according to the listening time by setting the sound volume below the range of the green parts 203 and 213, so that hearing loss is less likely to occur.

Due to the weight of the tuner pack and the action of a cassette holding spring (not shown), the electrode pin 47 is pressed against the electrode receiving portion 48, thereby making it possible to establish a reliable electrical connection. In addition, since the output electrical signal from the tuner pack can be directly introduced into the tape recorder via the electrode pin 47 and the electrode receiver 48, the output signal from the tuner pack can be converted into a magnetic signal for passing through the playback head as in the conventional case. There is no need for conversion, eliminating loss and improving sound quality.

Since they are connected by wires 76 and 77, the structure is extremely simple and malfunctions are less likely to occur, and it occupies less space, making it suitable for downsizing the tape recorder. Here, in the case of a small tape recorder, due to the arrangement of parts inside the cabinet 11, the volume adjustment controls 20, 21 are
It is often necessary to separate the variable resistor main bodies 78 and 79 from each other. In such a case, conventionally, the operator and the resistor are connected using a threading method. For this reason, the configuration becomes complicated, which causes problems such as malfunctions becoming more likely to occur and the occupied volume increasing.

There is no problem with the connection even if the positions of the wires 1, 791 and 1, 792 are slightly misaligned. Furthermore, when multiple operators and multiple sliders are connected by wires, slight contact between the wires will not impede operation.

This means that the reel stands 29, 30, capstan 50, etc. will not be rotated without any modification. However, since the playback operator 16 is operated when radio waves are received, the playback head 49, pinch roller 51, etc. are moved to the recess 3 of the tuner pack.
It is inserted in 6,37. Here, there is no problem with the playback head 49, but the pinch roller 51
Since the capstan 50, which is not rotated, continues to be pressed while receiving radio waves, there is an inconvenience that deformation occurs. For this reason, it is determined whether a tape cassette or a tuner pack is loaded in the tape cassette storage section 28, and in the case of a tape cassette, the pinch roller 51 is pressed against the capstan 50, and in the case of a tuner pack, the pinch roller 51 is pressed against the capstan 50.
A so-called pinch roller protection mechanism is required to prevent the roller from being pressed against the capstan 50.

3 is fixed to a head chassis or the like of a tape recorder mechanism (not shown). The pinch lever 82 is normally biased in the direction of arrow L, and when the playback operator 16 is in the non-operating position, it is rotated in the direction of arrow K in the figure against the biasing force by the head chassis. The pinch roller 51 is spaced apart from the capstan 50 (not shown in FIG. 30). Further, when the playback operator 16 is operated, the head chassis moves in conjunction with the operation and separates from the pinch lever 82, so the pinch lever 82 rotates in the direction of arrow L, and the pinch roller 51 moves.

22 is formed with a curved portion 824 that is slightly curved upward in the figure. As shown in FIG. 31, when the tuner pack is installed in the tape cassette storage section 28 and the playback operator 16 is operated, the pinch lever 82 is moved in the direction of arrow L in the figure, and its tip 822 is attached to the casing 33. It fits into the recess 37. Here, the thickness t of the wall surface 371 on the lower side in the figure constituting the recess 37 of the casing 33 is configured to be thicker than that of a normal tape cassette. Therefore, the curved portion 824 of the pinch lever 82 comes into contact with the wall surface 371 of the casing 33, preventing the pinch lever 82 from moving in the direction of arrow L, and the pinch roller 51 is held at a position separated from the capstan 50.

A curved portion 824 is formed in the tape cassette storage portion, and the thickness t of the wall surface 371 constituting the recess 37 of the casing 33 is made thicker than that of a normal tape cassette so that it can engage with the curved portion 824. A pinch roller protection mechanism that identifies whether a tape cassette or a tuner pack is attached to the tuner pack 28 and prevents the pinch roller 51 from being pressed against the capstan 50 in the case of a tuner pack can be easily realized with a simple configuration. The tuner pack also has an electrode pin 47 on its bottom casing 35.
is installed protrudingly. Then, as shown in FIG.
Engaging means that the pinch lever 82 is not only prevented from moving in the direction of the arrow L, but also that the bottom casing 35 is pressed downward in the figure by the curved portion 824 in this state. For this reason,
The electrode pin 47 is pressed against the receiving electrode pin 70, so that a reliable connection can be achieved.
