(Prior art and its problems) When a residence, etc. is adjacent to the installation site of a flexible membrane undulating weir, conventional measures are generally not taken to prevent or reduce the noise caused by falling overflow water. Because there is no such thing, it may become a problem as noise pollution. Fig. 1 shows a conventional undulating weir made of a flexible membrane. ) tube, 7 is an expansion medium such as air or water, 8 is overflow water, and 9 is a river bed, and the envelope can feed the expansion medium to expand and stand up, or discharge the expansion medium to contract and collapse (for example, No. 40-11702, Special Publication No. 11702-

In the present invention, one end of the plate 2 is so rigid that it cannot be folded in the vicinity of the two-folded part 6 when the flexible membrane envelope 1 collapses. is fixed, and when the weir is erected, the other end is extended downstream from this fixed part so that the slope formed by the plate 2 becomes a gentle slope, and is released without being fixed to the river bed. This plate 2 is provided over the entire length or part of the direction across the river flow, and the enveloping membrane 1
The fixation is done by an appropriate means such as adhesive. 5 is this fixing means.

A flexible membrane bag 3 is provided on the lower surface of the rigid plate 2 and has an internal volume that can fill the space 10 formed by the rigid plate 2, the envelope 1 forming the weir body, and the river bed 9. . As shown in FIG. 4, this flexible membrane bag body 3 is formed by fixing a part of the membrane to the rigid plate 2 by appropriate means such as adhesive, so that the bag body 3 is formed by this membrane and the rigid plate 2. Alternatively, the membrane may be made into a bag in advance and fixed to the rigid plate 2. Note that 11 in FIG. 4 is an adhesive.

Furthermore, as shown in Figures 2 and 5, the rigid plate 2 is provided with a number of holes 12 in which the opening area of the upper surface is larger than that of the lower surface, making it easy for water to flow in from the upper surface of the rigid plate and difficult to flow out from the lower surface. . Furthermore, the number of holes 12 may be increased near the dam top of the rigid plate and decreased near the downstream end of the rigid plate, thereby making it easier for water to accumulate in the lower part of the rigid plate.

In this way, when the weir is upright, the water flowing on the upper surface of the rigid plate 2 easily flows into the bag body 3, and by making it difficult to flow out, the bag body 3 is filled with water, and the overflow water pressure This makes it difficult for the rigid plate 2 to bend.

By doing the above, the noise can be reduced by allowing the overflow water to fall gently.

A gentle slope is formed in the downstream part of the weir body to allow overflow water to flow down gently. Therefore, the noise caused by falling overflow water is reduced. Furthermore, since the overflow water flows down a gentle slope, fluctuations in the separation point of the overflow water vein from the weir body and vibrations of the water vein itself are reduced, thereby preventing vibration of the weir body.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A flexible membrane envelope forming a weir body is attached to a river bed in a direction transverse to the river flow, and a fluid serving as an expansion medium is introduced into the envelope to inflate and erect it. In a weir designed to discharge the expansion medium fluid from the inside of the envelope and cause the weir to contract and collapse, the entire length or part of the weir in the direction across the river flow on the downstream side of the weir is folded into the envelope when the weir is inflated. One end of the rigid board is connected and fixed in advance, and when the weir expands, the other end of the rigid board that is not connected and fixed is extended downstream from the point where the overflow water falls, and is released as a rigid board. A flexible membrane bag having an internal volume sufficient to fill the space surrounded by the weir and the river bed is connected and fixed to the lower surface of the rigid plate, or a part of the lower surface of the rigid plate and the flexible membrane are connected to each other. Therefore, a bag having the above-mentioned internal volume is formed, and at least a hole is provided in the rigid plate so that water can flow into the bag to prevent the rigid plate from bending due to overflow water pressure. A flexible membrane undulation characterized by forming a gently sloped slope on which overflow water flows on the downstream side of the weir body, thereby preventing and reducing noise caused by overflow water and vibration of the weir body. Weir. 2. The flexible membrane undulating weir according to claim 1, wherein the opening area of the upper surface of the hole provided in at least the rigid plate is larger than the opening area of the lower surface of the hole provided in the rigid plate so that water can flow into the bag. 3. The flexible membrane undulating weir according to claim 1, wherein the position of the sheath that connects and fixes one end of the rigid plate is near the two-fold part of the sheath when the weir collapses. 4. The flexible membrane undulating weir according to claim 1, wherein the plate having such rigidity that it cannot be folded is a rubber plate containing steel wire. 5. The flexible membrane undulating weir according to claim 1, wherein the rigid plate that cannot be folded is a steel plate.
