Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 下部ユニツトに対し開閉可能な上部ユニツ
    トを有し、この上部ユニツトに、感光ドラムと、
    この感光ドラム上の残留電位を除去するための除
    電光源とが設けられている電子写真装置において
    、前記除電光源を面状発光素子とし、この面状発
    光素子により前記感光ドラムの下部ユニツトが開
    閉されるように面状発光素子を可動としたことを
    特徴とする電子写真装置。 (2) 前記面状発光素子は前記感光ドラムと同心
    円をなす円弧状に形成されており、感光ドラムの
    中心を中心として回動されうるように構成されて
    いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電子写
    真装置。
