軸で或程度回動可能に把手部材を係合し、トツグ
ルリンクの一端を締付部材の端部に固装した軸に
、他端を把手部材に移動可能に嵌装したリンクホ
ルダーの端部に固装した軸に回動可能に係合させ
、リンクホルダーの他端を把手部材に摺動可能に
嵌合し、把手部材に固装したばね支持部品に一端
を係止した圧縮ばねで付勢したカツプリングに係
合させた予定トルク解放レンチにおいて、一端部
を前記カツプリングに固装した棒状部材の他端部
に永久磁石を装着し、前記把手部材の端部に固装
した非磁性材からなる保護ケースに、前記永久磁
石と適当な間隔をもつて対向する磁気スイツチと
磁気スイツチに接続する発振回路と電池を固装し
屈撓性のある送信アンテナを前記保護ケース外に
