でなる光起電力素子を複数個直列接続した状態に
形成してなる集積型光起電力装置において、相隣
する光起電力素子相互の直列接続部は相互に接続
されるべき一方の光起電力素子の第1又は第2の
電極と、他方の光起電力素子の第2又は第1の電
極との間にわたつて導電性膜を積層形成して電極
同士を接続してあることを特徴とする集積型光起
電力装置。 2 前記各光起電力素子の直列接続部は導電性膜
形成部分では基板に近く位置する電極の縁部より
も基板から遠く位置する電極の縁部がより内側域
に位置するようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲第
1項記載の集積型光起電力装置。 3 前記光活性層にはアモルフアス・シリコンを
用いてある実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
集積型光起電力装置。 4 前記基板は導電性基板又は透光性絶縁基板で
