Claims (1)
- レーザービーム距離計より出力されたレーザー
ビームを耐熱性容器内に設けた反射ミラーを介し
て上記耐熱性容器の一部に形成した透孔部から高
温の被測定面に照射する様にしたレーザービーム
測距装置において、上記透孔に気体層流化筒を設
けると共に、中心部にレーザービーム通過孔を有
する干渉フイルターを該筒体内の後部に設け、上
記耐熱性容器内へ供給された冷却用気体を上記レ
ーザービーム通過孔及び気体層流化筒を通して外
部へ放出する様にしてなるレーザービームによる
測距装置。
