上端部３Ａに操作ペダル２を設け、前記操作ペダ
ル２の踏み操作に伴う前記レバー部材３の揺動を
阻止するロツク装置６を設けてある操作ペダルの
ロツク構造であつて、前記固定支点５と前記レバ
ー部材３の上端部３Ａを、ペダル非操作状態でス
テツプ４とほぼ直交する直線上に配置し、前記操
作ペダル２の前端側を前記レバー部材３の上端部
３Ａに、前記操作ペダル２を前方へ反転させた足
載せ台姿勢に切換えられるように揺動操作自在に
連結し、前記ロツク装置６を形成するに、前記操
作ペダル２の前端側に上方へ突出させて付設した
踏込み用係止部材９を、前記足載せ台姿勢に前記
操作ペダル２を切換えた状態で、前記ステツプ４
に対して前記固定支点５と前記レバー部材３の上
端部３Ａを結ぶ直線よりも前方で接当するように
