Claims (1)
- 超低温断熱壁内に設置されるアクチユエータに
冷却器を介して冷却した低温作動ガスを給排する
作動ガス供給源を具えた装置において、前記冷却
器の入口側に低温作動ガスの排気の冷熱を蓄熱す
る熱交換器を設ける一方、この熱交換器と前記作
動ガス供給源とを常温配管で接続したことを特徴
とする低温作動ガスの冷熱回収装置。
