、第４図は実施例を用いた電圧計の構成図、第５
図及び第６図はそれぞれ従来の電圧センサの平面
図及び従来の電圧センサと光フアイバとの接続形
態を示す斜視図である。 図中、１は電圧センサ、３は光導波路、４は入
出力部、５はセンサ部、６は全反射膜、７及び８
は電極である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光導波路によりマツハツエンダ干渉計を構
    成すると共にこの光導波路の近傍に電圧印加用電
    極が設けられている電圧センサの光入出力端末に
    偏波面保存光フアイバを接続してなる電圧プロー
    ブにおいて、上記光導波路を光の入出力を行なう
    入出力部と該入出力部から分岐されて所定の長さ
    だけ互いに平行な２本のセンサ部とから形成する
    と共に該２本のセンサ部の先端面上にそれぞれ全
    反射膜を形成したことを特徴とする電圧プローブ
    。 (2) 上記電圧センサの光入出力端末と上記偏波
    面保存光フアイバとの接続が上記電圧センサを保
    持する電圧センサホルダと上記偏波面保存光フア
    イバを保持する光フアイバホルダとの相互の固定
    によりなされると共に、上記電圧センサを上記光
    導波路の入出力部側においては上記電圧センサホ
    ルダに強固に固定し、センサ部側においては相対
    動自在に弾力的に保持させることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電圧プローブ
    。
