品の大型化となり軽量化の効果は少ない。 In order to reduce the floor space of a device that uses a capstan motor and a capstan flywheel, a capstan direct drive motor system was devised in which the capstan was used as the motor shaft and the flywheel effect was used as a rotor magnet. However, because the capstan rotation speed is low,
In order to obtain stable rotation, a large diameter rotor is required, which increases the size of the product and has little effect on weight reduction.

The rotation direction and speed of the motor are controlled according to the operating conditions during recording, playback, fast forwarding, and rewinding, and the motor is flat in shape, with a rotor magnet inside the motor. By making it flat and large in diameter, we have realized a smaller flywheel on the capstan shaft as a tape drive motor structure that increases driving force by effectively utilizing magnetic force and smoothes rotation by increasing inertia. The cylinder has a thin structure, and a thin rack made of flexible material is used as the drive means for the tape pull-out member of the tape loading mechanism, thereby making the VTR smaller, lighter, and thinner. be.

The reel motors for driving the motors are integrated and arranged as one motor 17. The capstan 15 is driven by a capstan belt 23, and the reel is driven by an idler 19. A numeral 31 transfers the tape driven by the capstan 15 and pinch roller 16 to the take-up reel 21 during recording and playback. This is an idler for winding, and the drive is transmitted from the capstan pulley 22. In this way, each drive transmission section is arranged close to each other, thereby minimizing the area occupied by the mechanism.

The capstan 15 continues to idle due to the mechanism that does not allow it to engage with the capstan 21. Due to the rotation of the gear 18-2 in the direction of the arrow 2, the idler gear 19-1 meshed with the gear 18-2 rotates in the direction of the arrow 2, and the rotational force obtained by the rotational force of the idler gear 19-2 rotates around the rotation support shaft 19-3 as an axis. The rotation in the direction of arrow Z meshes with the gear portion 21-1 of the take-up reel 21, rotates the take-up reel 21 in the direction of the arrow H, and the tape is wound onto the take-up reel 21 from the feeding reel 20.

In addition, the tape drive mechanism is equipped with a motor that drives the capstan or reel by controlling the rotation direction and rotation speed depending on the operating state of the tape drive between both reels, thereby reducing the floor space of the mechanism configuration. Can be reduced. Moreover, the motor shape is a flat motor, and the mechanism is made thin. Along with these measures, by making the cylinder thinner and using the direct drive system, these mechanism configurations allow VTRs to be made smaller, lighter, and thinner.

置。1. In a magnetic recording and reproducing device, a single motor is connected to a pair of motors that supply a driving source for a capstan to feed the tape at a constant speed during recording and reproducing, and a power source for winding the tape onto a reel during fast forwarding and rewinding. A flexible mechanism that is placed between the reels and controls the rotational speed and direction of the motor by each tape drive operation, and serves as a tape mounting mechanism for winding the tape around a cylinder during recording and playback. Due to its nature, a pair of integrally molded racks are synchronized by engagement with a pinion and driven along a guide groove provided on the chassis. The motor and mounting mechanism are of a flat structure, and a thin direct A magnetic recording/reproducing device characterized by mounting a rotating head cylinder using a drive method.
