As shown in Fig. 1, it was installed between the surface material 1 and the heat insulating material 2 and welded and fixed using a heat press or the like to form a planar heating device. Note that 3 is a hot melt sheet for welding the surface material. However, in order to wire the heating elements 5 in a planar manner and make the temperature distribution uniform, a heat equalizing plate 4 of good conductivity such as metal foil is used.
If water is spilled during use,
The induced voltage value generated by the heating element 5 causes a dangerous current to flow through the water from the end of the heat equalizing plate 4, through the human body, and between the ground and the ground, so it is necessary to reduce the induced voltage value as much as possible. The heat soaking plate 4 is divided into a plurality of parts and separated. However, as a result, as shown in FIG. 4, the hot melt layer 6 shrinks and the heat equalizing plate 4
There were problems such as deformation of portions a and 4b and expansion of the wiring pitch at the divided portion, resulting in some parts becoming wet.

It is composed of: In addition, the heat equalizing plates 4 and 4' are positioned separately without contacting each other,
In this state, the ears 6a of the hot melt layer 6 of one heat equalizing plate 4 are stacked on the upper surface of the adjacent heat equalizing plate 4 on the heating element 5, and then in this state, the heating element 5 and the equalizing plate are bonded by heat welding. This is a configuration in which the hot plates 4 and 4' are simultaneously joined and integrated.

The heating element 5 has a hot melt layer formed on its surface by tubing polyethylene or the like having a low melting temperature, and this linear heating element is wired in a planar manner using a wiring jig. In addition, heat equalizing plates 4, 4' made of a good heat conductive material such as metal foil, and heat equalizing plates 4,
A hot-melt layer 6 made of a polyethylene sheet having a low melting temperature and having a width at least equal to the wiring pitch P of the heating element 5 than the width between the heating elements 4' is laminated. Then, heat equalizing plates 4 and 4' having tabs 6a of hot melt layer formed on the ends thereof are attached to the wired heating elements 5 and 4'.
be placed on top of the At this time, the hot melt layer 6 is in contact with the heat equalizing plates 4 and 4', but the heat equalizing plates 4 and 4' are not in contact with each other, and the ears 6a are made to cover the upper surface of the heat equalizing plate 4'. The hot melt layers 6, 6a, etc. are melted by applying heat and pressure from the heat equalizing plates 4, 4' using a heating plate or the like, and each part is adhesively fixed to form a planar heater unit.

したヒータユニツトを提供することができる。 Since this is a planar heater unit formed with the above structure, in the embodiment shown in FIG. Since the wires are joined together, the wiring pitch of the heating element 5 is not disturbed.
A planar heater unit with uniform temperature distribution can be obtained. Further, unlike the conventional method, there is no need for work to straighten a planar heater unit that has been deformed due to heat shrinkage or the like, and there is no need for auxiliary materials such as adhesive tape, making it possible to manufacture at a low cost. In addition, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the ears 6a of the hot melt layer 6 of the heat equalizing plate 4 are positioned and overlapped on the lower surface of the adjacent heat equalizing plate 4', so that the ears 6a are welded to the hot plate etc. during hot press bonding. It is possible to provide a heater unit with stable quality without any work loss such as not being able to be removed or not being able to be joined due to the ear part being torn.
